• Read plans and perform accurate takeoffs.
• Own your estimates – manage the number from inception to actual job completion.

• Escalate issues and find solutions with minimal reliance on others.
• Develop and refine estimating forms, templates, and checklists.
• Ensure standards are adopted across the team.
• Track and improve key metrics.
