Job summary

Platform Outsourcing is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for Australian projects based in the Philippines. You will work with the Preconstruction Manager on estimating, take-offs, BOQ preparation, and pricing. Experience with Cubit/Buildsoft is preferred; English communication skills are essential.

The role offers a fully home-based setup, standard Mon-Fri hours, and benefits including HMO and leave. Strong detail orientation and a background in civil, structural, or architectural trades

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, schedules and tender documents.
• Identify discrepancies, omissions and scope gaps affecting costs and tender accuracy.
• Send RFIs/RFQs to architects, consultants and suppliers as required.
• Conduct detailed digital take-offs and prepare a detailed BOQ for pricing.
• Assist the Pre-Construction Manager in applying labour, material and equipment costs to generate a final price.
