Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior QA Consultant for Amazon Connect/Contact Center QA. You will design and execute end-to-end test scenarios for complex IVRs, verify integration with Salesforce and AWS services, and lead defect triage across multi-vendor environments.

The role emphasizes AI-driven quality, conversational AI, and CI/CD test automation. You will collaborate with architects, developers and clients to ensure release readiness and robust test coverage across

Qualifications

5+ years of overall QA/testing experience including cloud contact centers
3+ years in contact center, CTI, IVR, telephony or similar platforms
Strong hands-on Amazon Connect testing experience with complex IVR implementations
Ability to read Lucidchart/Visio IVR designs and convert to test scripts
Experience with API/integration testing using Postman/SoapUI or REST-assured

Responsibilities

Design and execute functional, integration, regression and UAT test scenarios for Amazon Connect centers and IVRs
Translate IVR diagrams and requirements into detailed test scripts with full coverage
Test telephony fundamentals: PSTN/DID/toll-free, ACD, WebRTC, SIP, call recording and transcription
Validate Amazon Connect agent/supervisor workspaces and Chat testing
Perform end-to-end API testing across AWS, Salesforce and third-party systems
