Job summary

Thunder is seeking an AWS - Amazon Connect Developer in the Philippines to help build and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions. You will architect and implement AWS Connect infrastructure, integrate Salesforce, and drive AI-enabled capabilities across global teams, with availability during US time zones.

This role requires hands-on experience with Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Polly, DynamoDB and Bedrock, plus a passion for scalable, secure cloud designs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on AWS development and cloud architecture.
• Experience building AWS Connect and AI-enabled contact center solutions.
• Strong Python/Node.js scripting and automation.
• Salesforce integration experience is a plus.
• Willing to work US time zones; Philippines-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AWS Connect infrastructure using service-oriented architecture and AWS core services.
• Develop automation scripts (e.g., CloudFormation) to optimize operations and integrations.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS and Salesforce integrated projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
• Stay updated with AWS and Salesforce releases to improve cloud and CRM functionality.
