Job summary

Thunder is seeking an AWS - Amazon Connect Developer to join its growing team in the Philippines, focusing on building scalable cloud contact centers using AWS and Salesforce integrations. You will architect, implement, and optimize AWS Connect solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years AWS development, Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Polly, DynamoDB, and a passion for serverless, automation, and global collaboration

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on AWS development, cloud architecture, and automation.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudTrail, IAM, Bedrock, and CloudWatch.
• Deep knowledge of serverless computing, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Experience building AI-driven chatbots with Amazon Lex and designing contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Node.js, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AWS Connect infrastructure using service-oriented architecture and core AWS services.
• Develop automation scripts (e.g., CloudFormation) to optimize operations and integrations.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into AWS Connect and Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage AWS and Salesforce integrated projects.
• Stay updated with AWS and Salesforce releases to improve cloud and CRM functionality.
