Job summary

Thunder Consulting is seeking an Amazon Connect Developer to help build and optimize cutting-edge cloud contact centers. This remote role is based in the Greater Manila Area with availability to work US time zones.

You will design, deploy, and optimize AWS Connect solutions, integrating Salesforce where needed, and drive AI-enabled features using Lex, Polly, and Bedrock. A strong AWS track record and multiple certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on AWS development, cloud architecture, and automation.
• Multiple AWS certifications, including Associate level (Developer and Architect)
• Experience building AI-driven chatbots with Amazon Lex and contact center solutions with Amazon Connect.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AWS Connect infrastructure and related AWS services.
• Develop automation scripts (e.g., CloudFormation) and integrate Salesforce where needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on AWS/Salesforce releases.
