Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior product manager to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full lifecycle from PRD to roadmap prioritization and launches, shaping core workflows and deliverables with expert document craftsmanship and strong communication.

This fully remote role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week (or more) and compensation of $80/hour, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions
• Elite document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps and PRDs across core workflows (docs, roadmaps, and launch plans)
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Lead go-to-market readiness plans and launch execution
• Summarize A/B test outcomes and translate into product decisions
