Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced product researchers to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role centers on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated outputs across core workflows.

You’ll conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) and own the full study lifecycle—from discussion guides to insight synthesis and journey maps. Flexible, fully remote, 5–20 hours weekly, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting user research with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
