Ethos is seeking senior program managers to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own cross-functional initiatives, define charters, and oversee governance artifacts across enterprise programs.

This remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $70 per hour for experienced professionals with 5+ years of program management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: program charter documents, raid logs, resource capacity planning spreadsheets, steering committee status decks, milestone tracking spreadsheets, and stage-gate review packets.
