Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking a Senior Administrator, Payroll to deliver accurate and timely payroll for assigned hotel portfolios, including validation, inquiries, adjustments, and reporting. The role involves working with ADP Workforce Manager and Workday-integrated data across multiple properties, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

The position features a work-from-home setup with night shifts aligned to Manila time, requiring strong collaboration with U.S.-based leadership and offshore

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll administration experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or ADP eTime is advantageous.
• Knowledge of payroll cycles, time records, and accurate payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for multiple properties and codes.
• Review and validate timecards, overtime, PTO, and holiday pay using ADP tools.
• Ensure payroll compliance with regulations and procedures; manage garnishments and tax-related activities.
