About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join Bill Gosling Outsourcing - Philippines on a full-time basis. This is an urgent recruitment for our team based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This role operates on a night shift schedule and is fundamental to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clients. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and delivering exceptional service to support our clients' human resources functions. Key responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees monthly
• Monitor time and attendance through an ERP system (Workday)

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar payroll processing role for a minimum of 1+ years

• Comprehensive knowledge of North Americas payroll systems, tax regulations and labour laws.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with experience using accounting or payroll management tools
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Ability to work independently during night shifts whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting tight deadlines
• Knowledge of BPO or outsourcing environment is advantageous
• Willingness to work night shift hours as required by the role
