You will collaborate with property and finance teams to ensure accurate results and adherence to US GAAP. The role covers reconciliations of cash, credit cards, and balances, with exposure to ERP systems such as Yardi or Opera and strong Excel analytical work.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of full-cycle accounting including month-end close.
• Hands-on journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and reports.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GL operations.

Aufgaben

• Perform month-end close activities for assigned hotel properties.
• Review PMS revenue and trial-balance vs. accounting system; investigate variances.
• Conduct credit card, cash and balance sheet reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Review and approve payables; coordinate with hotel contacts on coding.
• Prepare property financial statements and variance analysis for stakeholders.
• Produce Month-End Financial Statements, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and forecasts.
• Maintain records in line with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Support audits and quarter/year-end processes.
