Responsibilities

• Oversee Philippines-based bookkeeping team and provide daily leadership.
• Review client portfolios for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Conduct quarterly balance sheet reviews and provide feedback.
• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met and communicated clearly.
• Provide high-level accounting support and technical guidance.
• Monitor quality and consistency across client work.
• Act as senior escalation point for accounting issues.
• Communicate with clients and build professional relationships.
• Coach bookkeepers and support performance development.
• Use Xero and Excel for review, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and standards.
• Stay updated on Australian accounting and tax requirements.
