Job summary

Dynamite Games in the Philippines invites a Senior HR Officer to lead payroll, compliance, and daily HR operations for PH staff, coordinating with HQ HR and the local team.

You will manage in-house payroll processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), DOLE compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS data integrity, while ensuring smooth administration and employee wellbeing. This is a remote-friendly role with regional HR program exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HRM, Accounting, or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Proficiency in Philippines labour and manpower legislation, including foreign work permit requirements.
• Ability to independently handle payroll and manpower tax calculations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
• Self-driven and able to meet tight deadlines; capable of remote work long-term.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for Philippines employees (queries, onboarding, offboarding, probation).
• Process Philippines payroll in-house monthly with statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Support local implementation of regional HR policies, SOPs, programmes, and communications.
• Manage office administration and vendor relationships for PH operations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data for PH employees and support HRIS rollout.
• Deliver local wellbeing and engagement initiatives aligned with regional programmes.
