Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is partnering with a U.S.-based manufacturing and industrial services organization to hire a Senior HR Generalist focused on Training & Development and HR Operations. This remote role follows an 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time schedule and requires 5–7+ years of HR experience, including support for a U.S.-based company.

The role emphasizes transforming training programs, onboarding, and SOP documentation across multiple U.S. states, with hands-on UKG administration.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with UKG HRIS is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of training programs, onboarding materials, and SOPs.
• Identify gaps in training processes and implement scalable improvements.
• Develop and document structured training resources for frontline employees.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to reflect manufacturing needs.
• Establish onboarding and training procedures across departments and U.S. locations.
