Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a high-volume offshore recruiting team for manufacturing and technical roles. You will conduct screenings, manage calendars, and coordinate with US hiring managers to fill about 40 active openings.

This full-time remote offshore role requires strong English communication, detail orientation, and experience with ATS platforms such as UKG or ADP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in manufacturing/technical hiring.
• Experience coordinating high-volume recruitment and screening candidates.
• Proficient with ATS systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Review resumes and determine fit for required experience and skills.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple openings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS updates.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure compliance.
