Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Australian financial planning environment as a Senior Advisor Associate, Senior Paraplanner, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Australian financial advice process.
• Strong knowledge of Australian financial planning topics: superannuation, retirement planning, investments, Centrelink, insurance.
• Strong Xplan experience with cash flow modelling and strategy analysis.
• Ability to discuss and develop financial strategies with an adviser.

Responsibilities

• Review client information and existing advice to identify relevant strategies.
• Develop and discuss financial strategies with the adviser.
• Use Xplan for cash flow modelling and strategy testing.
• Review modelling assumptions and align outcomes with the proposed strategy.
• Contribute to the advisory process with clear strategic input.
• Document reasoning and recommendations for adviser review.
• Maintain accurate client information and strategy notes in Xplan.
• Communicate confidently with the adviser and team on technical matters.
• Participate in improving advice and strategy development processes, including AI tools.
