Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Client Services Manager to support a financial planning practice remotely from the Philippines. You will prepare documentation, manage client records in CRM (Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter), and ensure compliance.

You will collaborate with advisers and maintain timely, professional client communication. Experience with financial planning processes, CRM tooling, and Wrap platform administration is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Client Services Admin or similar role.
• At least 3 years in financial planning strategy implementation.
• Experience using CRMs such as Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter, or similar.
• Proficient in Wrap platform administration (North and Expand).
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Financial Planning certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate client files within CRM systems.
• Manage fact finds and organize client documentation.
• Prepare meeting packs for client appointments.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and requirements.
• Handle client correspondence professionally and timely.
• Assist with implementation of advice following SOA approval.
• Ensure all records are compliant and up to date.
