Strong knowledge of Australian financial planning areas (super, retirement, investments, Centrelink, insurance).
Proficient with Xplan for cash flow modelling and strategy analysis.
Able to discuss and develop strategies with advisers.
Clear understanding of how strategies flow through the advice process.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
Detail-oriented with strong review skills.

Responsibilities

Review client information and existing advice to identify relevant strategies.
Collaborate with advisers to develop and discuss financial strategies.
Use Xplan cash flow modelling to assess strategy options.
Review modelling assumptions and outcomes for alignment with strategy.
Provide clear strategic input to support the advice process.
Vet strategy recommendations and identify gaps.
Document reasoning and recommendations for adviser review.
Maintain accurate client information and strategy notes in Xplan.
Communicate clearly with adviser and broader team on technical matters.
Contribute to improving the advice and strategy development process with technology.
