Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy across Europe, with a focus on pipeline generation and new-logo acquisition. You will partner with sales leadership to translate growth objectives into integrated programs, manage a Field Marketing Specialist, and drive enterprise account campaigns.

The role is remote with collaboration across regional and global teams, requiring approximately 30% travel in the region and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3+ years in senior field marketing or regional marketing roles.
• Experience in IT, technology, cybersecurity, or B2B SaaS is preferred.
• Proven track record in integrated field marketing and GTM programs for pipeline generation.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, campaign execution and measurement.
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
• Experience with enterprise marketing and ABM programs is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales leadership to develop a strategic go-to-market plan for regional growth.
• Create and own an integrated regional marketing plan with target accounts and measurable pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to execute regional campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of the regional marketing plan and ensure performance metrics are met.
• Coach and develop the Field Marketing Specialist on the team.
• Refine GTM tactics based on campaign performance and market conditions.
• Develop ABM programs for enterprise audiences and 1:1 initiatives.
• Support sales with campaigns and tools to accelerate opportunities.
• Analyze results and provide recommendations for optimization and next steps.
• Present marketing performance and strategy in quarterly business reviews.
