Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Chief Marketing Officer based in Spain to shape the global marketing strategy for a fast-scaling European deep-tech company at the AI and cloud infrastructure intersection.

You will define brand, positioning, and go-to-market approaches while building scalable demand-gen programs that drive revenue and ROI, collaborating with founders and leadership across functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing.
• Proven track record in high-growth technology companies.
• Strong understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS or deep-tech markets.
• Experience building marketing from the ground up.
• Ability to translate complex AI technology into narratives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global marketing and go-to-market strategy.
• Own positioning, messaging, brand strategy, and market differentiation.
• Build scalable demand-generation programs across content, digital, events, partnerships.
• Develop thought leadership and high-quality content for technical audiences.
• Partner with Sales to generate pipeline and improve conversions.
• Lead product marketing activities including launches and campaigns.
• Translate complex products into clear value propositions.
• Establish scalable marketing processes and workflows.
• Build and manage the marketing function and external partners.
• Track metrics: pipeline, CAC, ROI, campaign performance.
• Leverage market intelligence and performance data for decisions.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and founders.
