Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead HubSpot-based sales and marketing operations in a remote setup. You will oversee automation, data governance, reporting, and integrations to support lead generation and revenue growth.

Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and cross-functional teams to optimize the technology stack, ensure data integrity, and drive scalable processes across the marketing and sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in HubSpot administration, including Marketing, Sales and Operations Hub.
• Proficient with outbound email technology and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of sales and marketing operations within HubSpot and related platforms.
• Serve as the primary administrator of the firm's HubSpot environment and reporting infrastructure.
• Oversee data flow into HubSpot via integrations and form/intake platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable HubSpot systems and processes.
• Lead development, governance, and reporting of attribution models and pipeline analytics.
• Oversee automation, data quality, and training for HubSpot users.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge resources.
• Understand the firm's growth objectives and operational environment.
