Job summary

Wheelhouse, Inc. is seeking an Europe-based Account Executive to own the full sales cycle across EMEA, driving outbound strategies and delivering consultative demos of revenue management software to STR operators in diverse European markets.

You will maintain a robust pipeline, collaborate with US and EU teams, and adapt proven processes to a new market while working a partially EU-US schedule during ramp. This is a remote-first role with international impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound, full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
• Excellent communication with strong objection-handling skills.
• Comfort with cold calling, email sequencing, and creative prospecting.
• Excellent listening and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Europe and able to work UK/CET business hours.
• Travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle from cold outreach to closed-won for commercial accounts across EMEA.
• Drive outbound strategy, book discovery calls, and identify high-potential targets.
• Maintain a healthy top-of-funnel of 50–100 active prospects.
• Conduct compelling demos to property managers across European markets.
• Feed frontline insights back to EMEA leadership and product teams.
• Collaborate with international sales colleagues and cross-time-zone teams.
• Navigate time-zone differences with documentation and async communication.
