Job summary

Career Connect is hiring for a remote role based out of the Netherlands. The position requires 5+ years in digital advertising/marketing sales and focus on hunting new business, expanding existing accounts, and developing the Philippines market intensively.

You will build relationships with brands and media agencies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to respond to briefs. The role emphasizes accurate pipeline management, revenue accountability, and hitting quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in digital advertising/marketing sales
• Deep knowledge of digital advertising: programmatic, display, video
• Experience in consultative selling and long-term client partnerships
• Strong understanding of how advertisers plan, buy and measure campaigns
• Strong relationships with agencies and decision makers in the Philippines market
• Independent, hunter mentality with high self-motivation
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Analytical with ability to think strategically and creatively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• Team player who contributes fresh ideas

Responsibilities

• Help define and execute the sales strategy with Management
• Hunt for new business, expand current business, and intensively develop the Philippines market
• Develop & maintain relationships with brands and media agencies
• Collaborate with Account & Ops Manager and Creative team to respond to briefs
• Accurate pipeline management and revenue accountability
• Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Represent the Company in the advertising community at industry events
