OptiNizer is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to support a growing CPA practice. This fully remote role focuses on full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple monthly retainer clients using QuickBooks Online and structured workflows.

The ideal candidate will handle reconciliations, financial reporting, and maintain clean records while following firm procedures and meeting monthly deadlines. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online for multiple clients.
• Familiarity with US-based CPA firms preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple client files independently.

Responsabilités

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple monthly retainer clients.
• Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow).
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and organized records.
