Job summary

ConnectCPA, a fully remote Chartered Accounting firm, seeks a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. You will handle weekly bookkeeping, monthly reports, and client inquiries while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of accrual accounting, and hands-on experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online. Remote work, flexible growth, and client-focused collaboration offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of accrual bookkeeping, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Experience with accounting systems: invoicing, payables, and tax rates.

Responsibilities

• Weekly bookkeeping for multiple clients using accrual and cash basis.
• Answer client questions related to bookkeeping and reports.
• Prepare month-end reports and keep books accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate across multiple clients with deadlines and accuracy.
