Job summary

Twoconnect Careers seeks a Senior Bookkeeper for two Australian companies. You will own end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, AP/AR, and inventory management across an ecommerce and a property assets business.

The role requires advanced MYOB EXO and Excel skills, plus strong knowledge of Australian accounting practices and STP requirements. You will collaborate with the director and warehouse team to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Australian bookkeeping qualification and experience essential.
• Advanced MYOB EXO and Excel skills required.
• Strong knowledge of GST, BAS, PAYG and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ledgers for two Australian companies with inter-company entries.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and complete BAS workpapers.
• Manage AP/AR, supplier payments and 30-day terms.
• Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts and management reports.
• Reconcile Shopify sales and inventory; monitor stock and costs.
