Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior AR Specialist to strengthen healthcare financial operations through strategic collections, thorough research, and accurate reconciliation. This role offers permanent work from home, night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PH) and weekend offs, with exposure to international teams and ongoing learning.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, perform aging analysis, and ensure documentation accuracy while escalating issues when needed.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in accounts receivable, healthcare billing, collections, or related financial work.
• Ability to independently investigate, reconcile, and resolve complex or aged account issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and month-end deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of communities and accounts.
• Perform timely collection follow-ups on outstanding balances.
• Review aging reports and prioritize critical accounts.
• Research past-due balances and identify nonpayment causes.
• Collaborate with residents, responsible parties, and internal teams to resolve balances.
• Maintain accurate collection documentation and account notes.
