This remote role supports US clients from the Philippines, requiring accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and timely revenue cycle operations.

You will collaborate with the Billing Team to resolve discrepancies, follow up on denials, and generate routine reports.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven medical billing experience.
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and PHI handling.
• Proficient in EMR systems and payer query resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit clean claims to insurers via electronic systems, mail, or fax.
• Respond to inquiries from providers, staff, and payers regarding billing questions.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or denials.
• Process payments and maintain accurate deposit records.
• Generate periodic billing and collection reports.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant handling of patient information.
