Summit360 is seeking an Account Receivables Specialist to join our Operations team working remotely from the Philippines. You will manage follow-up, tracking, and resolution of unpaid and underpaid insurance claims across multiple provider entities, aiming to reduce days in AR and ensure timely reimbursements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare AR or medical billing, familiarity with common payer portals, and the ability to work US business hours. HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in healthcare AR, medical billing, or claims follow-up.
• Familiar with Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and commercial payer rules.
• Experience with payer portals and clearinghouses (Availity, NGSConnex, Novitasphere, Payspan, ECHO Health).
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, POS coding related to denials.

Aufgaben

• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims across payer portals.
• Prioritize claims by age and value to meet deadlines.
• Monitor aging AR reports and escalate denials.
• Investigate denials and route corrections to appropriate teams.
• Document follow-up activity in the billing system with outcomes.
• Support COB follow-up and payer enrollments as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA and PHI compliance.
