Sourcefit is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to own end-to-end AP, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments and accruals. This stand-alone role requires proactive leadership, strong controls, and emphasis on AP automation and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include managing supplier invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and employee claims, while driving automation and system enhancements with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end AP in a medium to large organization.
• Autonomous operator in a stand-alone role.
• Proven track record with AP automation and process improvements.
• FMCG industry knowledge and supplier dynamics.
• Hands-on AP automation tools, OCR capabilities, and automated invoice workflows.
• ERP proficiency with Infor M3 or similar systems.
• Experience coding non-PO invoices to GL and GRNI handling.
• Month-end accruals and financial close support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage end-to-end AP processes and ensure timely, accurate supplier invoices and payments.
• Review and code non-PO invoices to GL accounts and cost centers.
• Prepare and post monthly accrual journals for unreceived invoices.
• Manage payment runs with adherence to authorities.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Review employee expense claims per policy.
• Provide AP guidance to stakeholders and drive best practices.
• Lead AP system optimisation, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Maintain AP data integrity with proper documentation.
• Build and sustain strong supplier relationships and handle queries.
