Job summary

Perio Providers Group (PPG) seeks a Virtual Senior Accounting Support Specialist to manage multi-provider revenue reporting, AR tracking, invoicing, and payroll audit support. The role emphasizes advanced Excel, data consolidation across 41 doctors, and adherence to strict confidentiality and accounting procedures.

You will work remotely with a team, using Excel as the primary tool, and support month-end closes while ensuring accuracy across complex production data.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting workflows.
• Advanced Excel mastery including PivotTables and lookup functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) for complex data analysis.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue reporting processes.
• Ability to audit production-based or commission-based payroll data and perform percentage-based calculations.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate revenue data across 41 providers, audit discrepancies, and maintain revenue summaries.
• Prepare invoice data, monitor AR statuses, and generate detailed AR reports in Excel.
• Audit provider payroll data against compensation structures and support payroll batches.
• Build and audit advanced Excel workbooks to support month-end closes and reconciliation.
