Hyremote LLC is seeking an Accountant to support full-cycle accounting across multiple facilities, handling cash postings, AP processing, payroll entries, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accurate month-end closes.

You will maintain Excel schedules, review P&L and balance sheet activity, and work with supervisors to ensure consistency across sites. This role offers 100% remote work and a Mon-Fri EST schedule, with weekly pay and salary growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Full-cycle accounting experience including accruals, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Ability to review P&L and balance sheet for discrepancies.
• Experience with accounting software; Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and vendor interaction.
• Location: Philippines.

Aufgaben

• Post cash transactions to general ledger.
• Code invoices, manage AP and reports.
• Record payroll entries and accruals.
• Prepare receivables reports and follow up on collections.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts at month-end.
• Prepare Excel schedules for balance sheet accounts.
• Review P&L and balance sheet across facilities.
• Manage full-cycle for 4–7 facilities.
