Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical/home care billing, financial reconciliation, or schedule auditing.
• Experience with EVV/EHR software (AxisCare) and Excel/Sheets.
• EOS-driven accountability culture and strong communication.
• Proven ability to maintain high accuracy under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle billing, invoice generation, and claim tracking across multiple accounts.
• Process and reconcile VA and Montco remittance advice reports against open invoices.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and resolve billing discrepancies with third-party payers.
• Track active authorizations against scheduled shifts to prevent unbilled care.
• Execute daily schedule and EVV verifications in AxisCare for real-time accuracy.
• Audit caregiver shift hours, mileage, and pay rates in AxisCare prior to payroll.
• Generate payroll batches from AxisCare and upload into Viventium.
• Make necessary modifications in Viventium and review the payroll preview.
• Collaborate with Scheduler to clear missing punches, timecards, and authorizations.
