Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions in Manila is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant for a pivotal Finance role. You will drive month‑end closing, ensure accuracy of financial data for multiple entities, and collaborate with Treasury, Operations, AP, FP&A, and Legal.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in accounting, a BS in Accounting, and CPA or equivalent. Proficiency in NetSuite/ERP and advanced Excel is preferred. You’ll lead process improvements and support audits in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and CPA or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with full accounting cycle and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual GL closing and reporting.
• Prepare reconciliations and monitor intercompany expenses.
• Manage standardized accounting processes across entities.
• Support regulatory filings, audits, and internal controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including AI-based automations.
