Neatmetric Inc. is hiring a Sales Development Representative to book qualified meetings for high-ticket packages and fuel the sales pipeline. You’ll own top-of-funnel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and SMS, qualifying prospects and handing off calendar-ready meetings to the closer.

The role emphasizes data-driven outreach, with uncapped commissions and a clear career path to Senior SDR or Closer based on results. Fully remote work with supportive enablement assets is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or appointment-setting roles (agency/SaaS preferred).
• Proven record hitting meeting-set and show-rate targets.
• Clear, persuasive communication (written & verbal) and objection handling.
• Process discipline: sequences, follow-ups, multithreading, and time blocking.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and SMS to book meetings.
• Qualify prospects via discovery (fit, pain, budget, timeline, decision makers).
• Personalize messaging by vertical and warm up inbound leads.
• Set, confirm, and hand off calendar-ready appointments to the closer; reduce no-shows.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track conversion metrics daily.
• Collaborate on sequences, scripts, and offers; share feedback to improve win rates.
