Job summary

Yuno is hiring a Sales Development Representative to unlock new opportunities in the Financial Services vertical across banks, acquirers, PSPs, wallets, and other financial institutions. You will identify and engage prospects, tailor outreach to local markets, and build relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.

The role requires moving quickly, understanding regional contexts, and continuously refining messaging to keep the pipeline strong.

Qualifications

Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
2+ years in prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales.
+1 year in banking, financial services or fintech is a plus.
Strong relationship-building and a track record of meeting targets.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients globally through outbound prospecting and digital channels.
Initiate and maintain conversations with prospects, uncover needs, position Yuno solutions.
Present Yuno's Financial Services value proposition clearly, address questions confidently.
Qualify leads and hand off high-potential opportunities to the Business Development team.
Keep CRM records accurate to provide a clear pipeline view.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to sharpen prospecting strategy.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach messaging.
Propose new ideas to improve prospecting approaches.
