Job summary

Gank Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Creator Acquisition) to work from home. You will identify promising creators, start conversations, understand needs, and present relevant opportunities on Gank. You’ll build relationships, qualify opportunities, and support creators in early stages.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or related roles, strong English and Tagalog, and comfort with outreach across social channels. Experience with SaaS or online communities is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, or any other client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Comfortable initiating conversations through social media, messaging, email, and calls.
• Strong discovery, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
• Good judgment when evaluating and prioritising opportunities.
• Organised, resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales productivity tools.
• Experience with SaaS, digital products, creators, influencers, gaming, livestreaming, or online communities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective creators across social media, online communities, referrals, and other relevant channels
• Conduct personalized outreach through messages, email, calls, and social platforms
• Understand creators’ goals, challenges, audiences, and current monetization methods
• Qualify opportunities and prioritize creators with strong potential
• Explain Gank’s products, answer questions, and handle objections
• Support qualified creators during their early platform experience
• Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Keep CRM records accurate and track performance against monthly targets
• Share market feedback and creator insights with internal teams
