Job summary

Gank Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Representative (Creator Growth) to convert onboarded creators into active earners on the Gank platform.

You will work remotely with creators, guiding them through adoption until they generate their first transaction, using consultative selling to overcome objections and build trust. Success comes from understanding each creator's needs, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance onboarding and product adoption.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Tagalog and English.
Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or another client-facing role.
Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work towards measurable KPIs.
Interest in the creator economy and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the sales process for creators from assignment to first earning transaction.
Build relationships and understand each creator's goals, audience, and monetization methods.
Recommend monetization tools and strategies based on each creator's business.
Guide creators through setup and launch to achieve first income.
Maintain an active CRM with accurate activity updates.
Prioritize creators based on readiness and likelihood to activate.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve activation delays.
