Job summary

Addmore Services LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the Australian AEC market to support our business development and lead-generation activities.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to Architecture, Engineering, Construction, fit-out, interior design, joinery, stone/marble, quantity surveying, or related services and excel at prospecting and building new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as SDR/BDR or similar sales role.
• Experience prospecting within the Australian AEC market preferred.
• Strong understanding of AEC industries (construction, architecture, engineering, fit-out, joinery, stone/marble).
• Experience dealing with Australian companies or clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify Australian AEC companies and target prospects across Australia.
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, calls and research.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to Australian businesses.
• Engage with decision makers including owners, directors, project managers and procurement teams.
• Introduce Addmore Services and communicate outsourcing value.
• Qualify leads and identify outsourcing opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain lead data in the CRM and follow up consistently.
• Research market developments and meet lead-generation targets.
