Addmore Services is seeking a proactive AEC Business Development Specialist to expand our opportunities in the Middle East market. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and introducing AEC services to potential clients.

The ideal candidate should have an AEC background, experience with Middle East clients, and strong English communication. This role supports remote work from the Philippines with immediate start availability.

Qualifications

AEC industry experience is required.
Previous experience targeting the Middle East market is required.
Experience in business development, outbound sales, lead generation or similar roles.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to work effectively in a remote/WFH environment and start immediately.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential AEC companies, clients, and business opportunities across the Middle East.
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
Introduce Addmore's AEC-related services to potential clients in a professional and engaging manner.
Identify client needs, qualify prospects, and determine potential business opportunities.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and decision-makers.
Follow up with leads and prospects through consistent and timely communication.
Schedule qualified meetings or calls with prospective clients for further discussion.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, communication, follow-ups, and business development activities.
Work toward agreed lead generation and business development targets.
