Job summary

Lago is on a mission to build a world-class outbound sales engine and we’re looking for driven, sharp, and ambitious Cold Callers (Sales Development Representatives) to help us get there.

This isn’t your average cold calling job. You’ll be prospecting with purpose, sparking real conversations, uncovering digital marketing needs, and booking qualified appointments that our Account Executives can close. Remote work from anywhere, including the Philippines, is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in cold calling / SDR roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English; able to engage confidently with US business owners.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Apollo, CRM systems, and communication tools.
• Prior experience setting qualified appointments that resulted in closed deals is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email.
• Follow a structured outreach process (Apollo sequences, call scripts, and qualification questions).
• Pre-qualify prospects by identifying their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines.
• Book verified, high-quality appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM tools.
• Hit performance targets and provide feedback to messaging and strategy.
