Primops is seeking a Screening Agent to conduct candidate screenings for US-based teams. You will ask basic questions, capture clear notes, and guide candidates toward interview readiness. This fully remote role lets you work from home using a phone and online tools.

You will maintain accurate records, flag follow-ups, and coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters. Strong English, reliability, and privacy discipline are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent or professional English for calls with US teams.
• Ability to clearly document candidate responses and next steps.
• Strong attention to detail and data privacy during candidate handling.
• Ability to explain screening questions clearly without altering meaning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic fit questions and review candidate lists in ATS.
• Call applicants using a business phone system; introduce yourself and purpose.
• Ask about interest, availability, quiet workspace, and English proficiency; record responses.
• Explain next steps and route questions to recruiter lead as needed.
• Apply screening rules to tag candidates as ready, not ready, or not a fit.
• Schedule interviews with recruiters using calendar tools and confirm details.
• Send reminders and follow up for rescheduled interviews.
• Record call outcomes and update candidate stages for next steps.
• Share complete screening notes with recruiters prior to interviews.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of candidate data.
