Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers via email, coordinate projects, and ensure successful delivery of satellite imagery orders. You’ll work with customers, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track, delivering a reliable and positive experience at every stage.

The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and helping customers achieve their goals in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage customer orders and project requests from submission to delivery.
Communicate with customers via email and provide timely updates on requests.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to complete projects.
Track multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
Investigate issues, gather information, and identify the best solutions for customers.
Maintain records and documentation related to customer requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operations.
Ensure all customer interactions are professional and focused on satisfaction.
