Job summary

Resolv Global in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage and deliver customer orders for satellite imagery and geospatial data, communicating via email and coordinating projects with internal teams and partners.

You will provide timely updates, resolve issues, and ensure a positive, professional customer experience across a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; English proficiency and strong organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and project requests from submission through delivery.
• Communicate with customers via email and provide timely updates on request status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Track multiple customer projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Investigate issues, gather information, and identify best solutions for customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer requests.
