Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers via email, coordinate satellite imagery projects, and ensure a positive experience at every stage. You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver requests, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

• Track multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Investigate issues, gather information, and help identify the best possible solution for customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer requests.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
