Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a polished Customer Support Specialist to join our Europe-focused operations. You’ll manage customer orders for satellite imagery and geospatial data, communicate clearly via email, and coordinate projects end-to-end.

This remote role in the Philippines requires excellent written English, strong problem-solving, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll work with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver reliable, positive experiences.

Qualifications
