Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer orders for satellite imagery and geospatial data. You will coordinate projects with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and a positive experience.

Strong written English, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines with an international scope.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication skills and clear verbal ability.
• Experience in customer support or project coordination is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and project requests from submission through delivery.
• Communicate with customers via email and provide timely updates on the status of their requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Track multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Investigate issues, gather information, and help identify the best possible solution for customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer requests.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
