Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a Salesforce Project Manager to lead the successful execution of consulting engagements, owning schedules, budgets, and delivery across globally distributed teams. This remote role is based in the Philippines, with coordination during US business hours to align with client stakeholders.

You will coordinate with the Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, and delivery teams to drive risks to resolution, manage scope against contracts, and produce weekly status reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience.
• Experience managing Salesforce or other enterprise CRM implementations.
• Experience managing project budgets using labor hours, forecasts, burn rates, and forecast-to-complete.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation and consulting engagements.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Own project financial management at the delivery level, including budgeted hours, actual hours, forecasted hours, and estimate-to-complete.
• Track resource utilization and burn against the Statement of Work and approved project budget.
• Identify budget and hours variances early and communicate potential overruns before they impact performance.
• Coordinate resource assignments and identify capacity or skill gaps that may impact delivery.
