Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead engagements from discovery through delivery, owning schedule, budget, hours, risk, and client communications. This is a permanent remote role based in the Philippines with teams across the globe, aligning with US business hours.

You will coordinate with Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, and delivery teams to ensure successful Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management or technology delivery experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk across global teams.
Experience delivering Salesforce or other enterprise CRM/CX implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation and consulting engagements
Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments
Own project financial management at the delivery level, including budgeted hours, actual hours, forecasted hours, and estimate-to-complete
Track resource utilization and burn against the Statement of Work and approved project budget
Identify budget and hours variances early and communicate potential overruns before they materially impact project performance
Coordinate delivery activities across Solution Architects, Consultants, Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Engineers, client resources, and third-party partners
